Okay well this is the second brooch I designed. More plastic, coloured perspex in this case with the same sort of high reflective polished silver frame. They did have to be linked.
The perspex is two different colours a sort of brown and Indian red as it was labeled in the materials list. Really it's just layers of 2mm thick perspex of different colours in a frame that has two of it's sides as curves so that the light going through the perspex is distorted by the curve.
I'd hate to have to make this thing, I despise making precise things cause they are so hard, but it seems everything I design is precise in how it would have to be made.
